Steady State Founder's Circle

Webb of Calm Solutions

You're not losing your mind. Your operating system has changed and no one handed you the new manual.

Steady State is an 8 week program with other women who get it. We will build a working manual for the brain you have now. Science first. Warmth at full strength. No gratitude journals.

Does this sound familiar?

You're mid-sentence in a meeting you're leading - and the thought just gone. Not tip of your tongue gone. Erased. The train has left the station.

You reread the same paragraph five times. You reread the same email four times before you hit send.

You've quietly Googled signs of early onset dementia at 2am. You haven't told anyone. You're embarrassed even admitting it to yourself.

You are the one that everyone relies on. Right now, you can't rely on yourself.

That's not decline. That's a named physiological phenomenon.

Estrogen helps regulate dopamine. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter the ADHD brain is already managing on a deficit. For most of your life, stable estrogen has been quietly propping up the scaffolding you built to make your nonstandard brain look standard. Perimenopause didn't give you ADHD. It pulled out the support beam. Your dopamine regulation is basically running on a busted power supply. Once you know that, you can work with your brain instead of against it.

Not your fault. Not your fault. Not your fault.

You weren't failing. You were fixing one piece of a connected system.

Your gynecologist doesn't ask about ADHD. Your therapist/psychiatrist doesn't ask about hormones. You're the only person in the room holding both variables and you don't have clinical training. That's a systemic gap, not a self-management failure.

Planners and apps

Assume a stable executive function baseline. Yours isn't stable right now. So the system collapses every time it shifts.

Hormones, alone

Can address the biology and still leave you as the untrained translator between the two medical specialists who never talk.

ADHD tools, alone

Written for 25 year olds and men. Not one word about what estrogen is doing to your female dopamine.

Generic Wellness

Offers comfort without a mechanism. You didn't want a hug. You didn't want a new meditation. You wanted a map.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis?

No. Plenty of women are self suspecting, or were told they're "too successful" to have ADHD. A formal evaluation is valuable, but it's not the entry ticket.

I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause. How do I know?

Perimenopause can start years before periods stop, irregular cycles, new sleep disruption, and that sharp at 10, gone by 2 volatility are common signals. Only your doctor can confirm - but you don't need a lab result to start regulating your nervous system.

I am postmenopausal. Is this too late for me?

Not too late. The estrogen shift doesn't un-happen, the rebuild and advocacy work still apply. You'd be the woman in the room who can say, "here's what the other side looks like" - which honestly, is a gift to the cohort.

What if this feels early?

My own story started in my mid-thirties with doctors telling me I was too young. If the pattern fits, take it seriously and bring it to your doctor with the data.

Will you tell me what to do about my HRT or ADHD meds?

No - and you should be wary of any coach who does. I am a coach. I am not a licensed medical professional. These decisions belong to you and your medical professionals. What you'll get from me is the mechanism, the right questions and a prep sheet so you walk into the appointment with the data, not "I just feel off."

I'm on a stimulant, an SSRI or HRT already. Will anything in the program conflict?

The program's tools are behavioral - breathing, nervous system regulation, scaffolding, sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Nothing asks you to change a medication. One of the questions we'll prep for your doctor is exactly this: how your current medications and hormones interact. If you have a specific medical condition, check with your medical professional before changing nutrition or exercise.

I don't have time for one more thing.

I know. The actual weekly time commitment is one live call on Sundays at 1:00 pm CT (about 90 minutes), a short lesson and one action - about 2.5 hours total. Every week has one thing to do, not ten, and most weeks include permission to drop something else.

What if I can't make a Sunday call live?

I get it. Life happens. Replays go up within 24 hours. Live is where the group magic happens, but you won't fall behind if you miss a week. You can also send your question ahead and I'll answer it on the call.

I'm caring for my parents and my kids (or grandkids). How is this not one more thing?

That's exactly who this is built for. A lot of what we do is subtraction - dropping the over preparing and pre-correcting that are eating up your day. The goal is more capacity left over, not more tasks.

Is this confidential? I can't have this get back to work.

What's shared in the group stays in the group. Every member agrees to that before Week one. Cameras are optional, you can use your first name only, and coaching isn't a medical record. You decide who knows your story and when.

I don't love the idea of opening up to stranger.

You set your own level of sharing. Some women talk every call. Some mostly listen for the first few weeks. Either way, the moment another woman describes your exact Tuesday, the room stops feeling like strangers.

My partner thinks I'm overreacting. How do I justify this?

You don't owe anyone a justification for investing in the person everyone depends on. That said - estrogen supporting dopamine - is a great way to explain it. Some women share the scaffolding slide at home.

Is there a guarantee or payment plan?

Honestly? No and be wary of anyone who promises you a result. No one can guarantee your outcome. What I can promise is my side: I will show up every Sunday. I will give you a framework built for your brain. The work and the choices are yours. I know you have the determination to make them. What I do offer is a Week 1 fit refund. Come to the first call and try the Week 1 action, and if it's clearly not right for you, you will get a refund of the money that you have paid through October 18, 2026. And yes, there is a payment plan: three payments of $133.
